This website, uahan.in, is operated by Uahan Store Pvt Ltd ("Uahan", "we", "us" or "our"), with its registered office at Om Chambers, 648/A, 4th Floor, Binnamangala 1st Stage, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560038, India. By visiting our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Because our pieces are made in small batches from natural fabrics, slight variations in colour, texture, knit and finish are part of their character and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen. Size charts and measurements are provided as a guide.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping within India is free. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partners. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, exchanges, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, product designs, photographs and text, belongs to Uahan or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uahan is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
