Refund Policy

We want you to love every Uahan piece. If something isn't right, here is how we can help. This policy covers refunds, exchanges and cancellations.

7-day exchange

You can request an exchange for a different size, or for another product of equal value, within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To request an exchange, email ocean@uahan.in with your order number, the item you would like to exchange and the size or product you would like instead. We will arrange a reverse pickup where your pin code is serviceable; otherwise we will share our address so you can send the item back. Once we receive and check the item, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days, subject to availability. If the size or product you want is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the full amount.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item and, where possible, your unboxing video. Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no cost, or, if a replacement is not available, a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced, and for orders cancelled before dispatch. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank may take a few additional days to credit the amount.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing ocean@uahan.in with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can request an exchange after delivery as described above.
