Shipping Policy

Free shipping across India
Every Uahan order ships free, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time

Our pieces are made in small batches. Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days. Metro cities are often faster; remote pin codes and the North-East may take a few extra days. Delivery timelines are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather or regional restrictions.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with your courier and tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery areas

We currently ship within India only. If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you before dispatch and refund your order in full if we are unable to deliver.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or looks tampered with, please record an unboxing video and write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Refund Policy.
